Linda Kirtz, Broker-Associate has been serving the real estate needs of Pensacola families since 1977. A Pensacola native who grew up in East Hill, she is especially proud to introduce newcomers to the area knowing what an excellent choice it is to live here.

My first good impression I had of Linda was when we first met to view the properties she had lined up to show us, I knew that she had listened and noted what I had related to her on the initial phone conversation, as to price, size of house, and location that we required. She did not try to steer us in another direction from what we, as buyers, knew we wanted.
At the end of the first day that Linda showed us houses, our decision was made as to which house we wanted. The offer to purchase was made and accepted. Closing on June 16 went smoothly.
Throughout the process of all the requirements of buying a house, such as inspections, insurance, utilities, and any problem that cropped up, Linda was always within reach either by phone or e-mail and I knew we could always count on her to respond quickly.
